Log into Humanitarian Leadership Academy learning platform Kaya

We are really excited to announce that you can now log into the Humanitarian Leadership Academy’s (HLA) learning platform, Kaya, with your Humanitarian ID (HID) account. The HLA is a global learning initiative set up to facilitate partnerships and collaborative opportunities to enable people to prepare for and respond to crises in their own countries.

Bringing people together is a core objective of both HLA and HID. Therefore, it was a natural fit that we came together and connected our solutions.

Having an account on Kaya enables you to select and enroll in a wide range of humanitarian-related courses provided by several partners – from UNICEF to IFRC to Harvard to the Cash Learning Partnership. HLA is putting learning at your fingertips. And, HID is happy to help.

HLA joins a growing number of humanitarian platforms who have integrated HID. You can already move across ReliefWeb,, IASC , ACAPS and the Humanitarian Exchange Language proxy tool seamlessly. We are slowly and steadily taking steps towards providing a single ID for all humanitarian digital tools, websites, app and resources. And, by providing easier access to information and knowledge in all all of these systems, we believe that responders will be better enabled and provide a more united, systematic and coordinated response to crisis around the world.

Always learning to collaborate and integrate,
